Named “Best Dinner Theater” by Gold Coast Magazine and New Times, Laffing Matterz at the Broward Center will be returning to the Abdo New River Room for another six-month engagement with an all-new show that ranges from a comic look at down-home cooking queen Paula Dean to every "shade of grey" you can imagine.  Rita Wells, co-creator of the long-running comedy hit, shared a preview of what audiences can expect this year.  “The creative team is currently working on a brand new show.  We open November 15th – so we might be adding new material just days before we open to reflect the results of the election.” 

We’re also really excited about creating many new menu items this year for our “opening act.”  It is our seventh year of business in Ft. Lauderdale, so, to avoid the “7 year itch,” we are going to spice things up a bit and keep it fresh for our repeat guests.”
